Returns & Refund Policy

OUR "EMPTY TIN" GUARANTEE (FIRST ORDERS) We believe in our Mushroom Clarity Strips so much that we offer a 60-Day "Empty Tin" Money-Back Guarantee on your first order.

We don't want you to keep a product that doesn't work for you. If you don't love the taste or feel the focus, you can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: You do not need to return the product to get a refund on your first tin. You can use every single strip.
  • How to Claim: Simply email us at support@myshroomritual.com with your order number and tell us why it wasn't a fit. We will process your refund immediately.

STANDARD RETURNS (REPEAT ORDERS & UNOPENED ITEMS) For repeat orders or additional unopened items beyond your first tin, our standard return policy applies:

  • Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return on repeat orders, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (sealed).
  • Process: To start a return, contact us at support@myshroomritual.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are refunded at our discretion unless covered by the "Empty Tin" guarantee.

EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Note: Our 60-Day Guarantee offers you protection superior to this legal minimum, but this right remains available to you).

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (for standard returns), or once we have processed your email claim (for the Empty Tin Guarantee).

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@myshroomritual.com.
