Speed is part of our ritual. We process all orders within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

United States We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. myshroomritual is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myshroomritual.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your building manager. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@myshroomritual.com and we will do our best to assist you.
