PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW When you purchase a subscription (e.g., "Subscribe & Save"), you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL (30-DAY CYCLE) Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase. Your payment method will be automatically charged the agreed-upon subscription rate on the same day of each month.

CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

  • How to Cancel:

    1. Log in to your account portal on our website.

    2. Click "Manage Subscriptions."

    3. Select "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, you can email us at support@myshroomritual.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription," and we will process it for you.

MODIFICATIONS & SKIPS If you have too much product or will be away, you do not need to cancel. You can skip a shipment or change your delivery frequency directly in your account portal at any time before your renewal date.

REFUNDS ON RENEWAL CHARGES If you forget to cancel and your order has already been processed:

  • Unshipped Orders: If you contact us immediately before the order ships, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already shipped, our standard 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies. You may treat the renewal order as a new purchase under that guarantee.

TERMINATION BY US We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have already been shipped to you.
